Setup: Rochelle, Coordinator: Rochelle Theme: STRIPES , Packup: Rochelle, Coordinator – this simply means you bring an activity/craft for the kids to be involved with. It can range from something as simple as a colouring sheet through to any elaborate art and craft ideas you are happy to run please bring any supplies that will be needed (or reach out to any of us to assist if needs be). 15-20 kids would be about how many generally need to be catered for. Any questions about this just ask me! Setup – set up involves bringing a little bit of milk for the tea and coffee. At each location there is a kettle which needs to be filled and tea, coffee, cups set out for anyone that wants to have a hot drink. At Heritage if the room is locked you need to get the key from reception. The toys are in the store room behind the kitchen. There’s a wall of toys plus the first cupboard near the door which has more toys plus craft, glue, scissors, and pencils. At Cabramatta there are toys in the side storeroom of the back hall which can be put out for kids to play with. At Punchbowl, will need to check if someone from Punchbowl will be coming so there is a key. Once everyone has arrived the driveway gate needs to be shut so the kids can ride their bikes around without heading out the front. Morning teas – at Heritage the kids are to bring their own morning tea and can eat whenever they need to. For Cabramatta, Punchbowl and the outings, these are shared morning teas so it would be great if you could bring something that is appropriate to share (fruit, veggies, crackers, chips, muffins etc). Pack up – pack up involves a general tidy up of putting toys away, vacuuming/sweeping the floor and making sure any dishes are washed (this is mainly at Cabramatta and Punchbowl where it’s a shared morning tea). Need to ensure windows and doors are shut/locked and aircon and lights are off. |
