This is due no later than 20th January 2026 so that it can be circulated to ecclesial Secretary / Recorders early in February with the agenda for the February Annual General Meeting.

Please provide your report in an MS Word / MS Excel format, not as a PDF. This is so it can be merged together with the other Committee reports.

Additionally, if you could provide please confirm, if applicable, that your committee has maintained a Working With Children register and completed relevant activity Risk Assessments. A summary of this will be included in the Annual Report.
