Final planning steps are:

4. “Incoming Speakers” (Incoming) For Speaker proposals select 2 to 3 times more than your total number requested at Step 6.
5. “Setting Dates for Incoming Speakers” (Incoming) Mandatory - prioritise/randomise (i.e. not sequential) dates for incoming Speaker proposals and set as many dates as you can.
6. “Set No. Incoming Appoints Requested” (Incoming) – the maximum number of incoming Speakers to visit; zero means no incoming appointments are required.
7. Speaker Dates (Outgoing) – if no Speaker Dates are ticked as unavailable, then all the dates for the Speaker in the planning period, are available for appointments.
8. Indicate Ready for Plan Run (End – click on the text then click on Save). NB You can review your key planning data by clicking on the "Review Data" button on this web page. This data can be copied as your record of your planning, if you wish.

Ecclesial Plan Coordinators please commence entering your planning data, particularly the first 3 steps a month beforehand. Also please note that Charlestown is now included in the main Ecclesial Group. Please let your Speakers know about this if they haven't already considered speaking at Charlestown. Also Charlestown has an online streaming setup to allow visiting Exhorters the option to exhort from home (if they wish).

The following initial steps are required so that the availability of all Speakers is known to everyone for the best planning outcome for all.

1. Your “Speaker Availability” (Limits) – number zero means the Speaker is not available for the planning period.

3. Dates for Ecclesial Activities (Setting Up) Add or adjust your ecclesial dates. These dates can be used to remind you that your Speakers are unavailable on these dates.
